What you'll be doing.
- Own daily operations and maintenance schedules across client data-centre environments
- Lead and develop a small team of infrastructure technicians
- Coordinate incident response and drive faults to resolution
- Plan capacity, power and cooling ahead of client growth
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware support and spares
What we're looking for.
- Five or more years in infrastructure or data-centre operations
- Experience leading technical teams in a production environment
- Strong grounding in server, storage, power and cooling fundamentals
- Calm, structured incident management under pressure
- Based in Lagos with on-call availability
